youme Club Program Terms

1. About the programme

youme Club is a free loyalty programme offered by youme smash burgers. It currently applies in-store only.

2. Membership

You must be 16 or older to join the programme.

Each membership is tied to a single email address; one account per person.

3. How you earn

Every burger you buy counts toward your status automatically, whether or not a campaign is active.

Earning is recorded only by our staff, during your visit.

4. Tiers

Membership tiers (Silver / Gold / Black) are based on your earning over a rolling period, and each tier lets you earn rewards faster.

Your tier is re-evaluated periodically; it drops one level if you don't earn enough in a period, and is kept or raised if you do. The first evaluation will not happen before 2028.

Tier thresholds and the evaluation period may be updated from time to time.

5. Rewards & campaigns

Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire on the date shown.

Rewards can only be redeemed in-store, with staff verification.

Active campaigns have their own targets and rewards, shown on your loyalty card, and may change from time to time.

6. Changes to the programme

youme reserves the right to change tiers, thresholds, campaigns, or the programme itself, or to discontinue it, with reasonable notice.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or close your account if the programme is abused (e.g. false claims, account sharing).
