1. Data we process

Your name and email address (required), and phone number (optional).

Your loyalty activity: visits, items purchased, rewards earned/redeemed, and your membership tier.

2. Purposes

To create and manage your youme Club membership.

To send a one-time verification code by email for secure sign-in.

To run reward earning and redemption, and to measure and improve the programme.

3. Legal basis

Your data is processed based on the explicit consent you give at sign-up (KVKK art. 5/1) and to perform the loyalty service.

4. Sharing & processors

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Our provider Infomaniak (Switzerland) processes data solely on our behalf, as a processor, for hosting and email delivery.

5. Retention

Your data is kept for the duration of your membership. On request, your account and all related loyalty data are permanently deleted.

6. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may access your personal data and request its correction or deletion, or object to its processing.

7. Browser storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep your loyalty card signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
